The Da Vinci Code is one of the most interesting stories I've read。 I thought this book was amazing because it has different aspects to it such as mystery， drama， art， etc。 Also what's cool about this read is that each chapter switches back and forth through scenes， taking you from Robert Langdon and Sophie Neveu （the two main characters） over to Silas （the other main character）， which causes you to constantly think abstractly， and create an amazing mental movie。 The chapters are short which cau The Da Vinci Code is one of the most interesting stories I've read。 I thought this book was amazing because it has different aspects to it such as mystery， drama， art， etc。 Also what's cool about this read is that each chapter switches back and forth through scenes， taking you from Robert Langdon and Sophie Neveu （the two main characters） over to Silas （the other main character）， which causes you to constantly think abstractly， and create an amazing mental movie。 The chapters are short which causes you to keep flipping through the pages。 Every page has something new happening and there are so many plot twists that keep you engaged with the reading。 If you love mysteries， puzzles， and art， you will definitely enjoy this book。 。。。more

5 Stars for The Da Vinci Code: Robert Langdon Series， Book 2 （audiobook） by Dan Brown read by Paul Michael。 I remember reading Angels and Demons when it came out but for some reason I never got a round to reading this till now。 I shouldn’t have waited。 It’s an amazing story。 I really appreciate how much research went into this。 And the story that’s inspired by the research is compelling。 I’ve already checked out the next book in the series。

When I tell you I was HOOKED！This man can write， as stupid as that sounds， I could see every paragraph clearly in my head。。。it was so amazing to read。。。The adventure and the suspense！ It is perfection。 I loved it！ Also very interesting way to portray Christianity， I mean， I know a lot of Christians probably HATED the ideas of this book， but they were so well thought！

I listened to the audiobook version and have to say it was excellent。 The writing was good and the narration was superb。 I’ve noted that Dan Brown has come in for some stick regarding his writing but I have to say that the 16 hours of this book was extremely entertaining。 He writes very well， is descriptive and the story moves along at a good pace。 The narrator has an excellent range of voices and the whole package was extremely enjoyable to listen to。

Overall， a great read。 It is a page turner with extremely interesting historical context; Twists and turns and unexpected plots throughout。 It is well written and an intense page turner。 Only 4 stars rather than 5 because I felt the ending was anticlimactic and did not live up to the expectations that I felt were made and built up throughout。
